1.en.21 Some classmates are leaving us and new ones are coming. With a little help from their friends they will be all right!

Dear students,

this post is kind of sad as Raúl, Shaony and Juan Carlos will move to a different group. We are sure they will be very comfortable in their new groups  and they will find new friends there too. Moving to a different group is not the same as moving to a different school, so we hope to keep seeing them around, during breaks and in our blog.  We believe they will benefit from this change and catch up in some subjects they had some difficulties with. However, WE SHALL MISS THEM and we shall do our best to keep in touch and not lose contact with them.

Some new students, Ritish, Joan and Pau, will come to our class. We have to try hard to make them feel comfortable and welcomed. as we expect the students  in the other groups wil welcome and help Raúl, Shaony and Juan Carlos.

We have been listening to a couple of songs from the Beatles, so today we decided to upload a new one to wish the best to all of them and as a symbol of our friendship. We are sure that, as the song says, with a little help from their friends, they’ll get by !

Welcome Paquita!

It is good to make a post after a musical one, even if it is about wolves! It’s great to have you with us, you bring music to our blog. You have already brought “Imagine” to our class, now that  we are exploring our city, Palma,  you reminded us of  a famous  pedestrian crossing in Abbey Road;  The Beatles made it famous all over the world. The Beatles were from Liverpool and they wrote many songs about their life as young people in their hometown. This term we are working with cities, that is one of the reasons why we know a lot about cycle lanes and pedestrian crossings.  Now we’ll follow the Beatles into a small street in Liverpool, a lane, a narrow passage between houses, called Penny Lane. Here follows the lyrics, but some words are missing. Look at the images, they might help you find the correct words to fill the gaps.
